New Power Construction Inc is a residential general contractor based at 33 Upham St in Malden, Massachusetts, led by owner Reggie Torres, a finish carpenter by trade with 20 years of hands-on building experience.
We are a small operation on purpose. The people who quote your project are the people responsible for building it, which keeps promises honest and the quality personal. Most of our work comes from Malden, Burlington and the towns between them.
Kitchens, bathrooms, custom-built cabinets, framing, decks, siding, tile and outdoor living: if it makes a house work better for the family living in it, it is our kind of project. Carpentry is the trade underneath everything we build, and we even make our own kitchen cabinets.
